When the evening calls for something a little stronger, make your way to Ember Bar for Campari Lates.
Created in partnership with Campari, this limited-edition menu celebrates three timeless Italian favourites, including a classic Negroni, a perfectly balanced Sbagliato and our own Cherry Americano, a cherry-tinted twist on the iconic aperitivo. Available every Thursday to Saturday from 5pm till late, each cocktail is just £10.
Whether you're starting the night with an aperitif, settling in for a few cocktails after dinner, or simply looking for an excuse to linger a little longer, Campari Lates is your invitation to do just that.
