This year, Salt Yard Group is celebrating a magnificent milestone. For two decades, we have brought the vibrant flavours, rich aromas, and warm hospitality of Spain and Italy to the heart of London. From our very first plates of delizioso tapas in Fitzrovia back in 2005 to our bustling family of five unique restaurants today, our passion for produce-led, casual fine dining remains as fiery as ever.
To honour 20 years of culinary innovation, we are hosting an exclusive Chef Series throughout May and June. Programmed by the brilliant Michelin star chef Lee Westcott and in partnership with Estrella Damm, this celebration brings together some of the most exciting voices in food today. Across five weeks, five guest chefs will take over a different Salt Yard kitchens, bringing their unique style to our Mediterranean spirit.
