Valentine’s Head Chef’s Tasting Menu Promotion

Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
   The promoter of this promotion is Salt Yard Group (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
   This promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required. Employees of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotion Period
   The promotion applies to qualifying bookings made for dining dates between 9 February and 15 February inclusive.
4. Entry Requirements
   To be eligible for entry, participants must pre-book the Valentine’s Head Chef’s Tasting Menu experience, which is available exclusively via OpenTable. Any incomplete bookings will be withdrawn from the pool of entrants.
5. Entries
   Each qualifying booking will receive one (1) entry into the prize draw. Only one entry per email address is permitted.
6. Prize Draw and Winner Selection
   The winner will be selected at random on 19 February from all eligible entries. The Promoter’s decision is final.
7. Winner Notification
   The winner will be contacted using the details provided at the time of booking. If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days, the prize may be forfeited and reallocated.
8. Prize Details
   The prize consists of a wine getaway for two (2) people and includes:
   • Return flights for two (2) people, with Bilbao Airport being the recommended arrival airport, followed by an approximately 90-minute drive to the destination
   • Two (2) days and one (1) night accommodation in a hotel in Logroño
   • A vineyard/winery visit and wine tasting with Bodegas Ontañón
9. Prize Redemption
   Once notified, the winner must book the prize a minimum of three (3) months in advance. The prize must be claimed and redeemed within one (1) year of the notification date. The prize is subject to availability and venue terms.
10. Prize Restrictions
    The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available. Any costs incurred outside of the prize inclusions, including but not limited to travel to and from the departure airport, meals not specified, travel insurance, and personal expenses, shall be the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal value if circumstances beyond its control require.
11. Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense suffered or incurred by participants in connection with the promotion or the prize.
12. Data Protection
    Personal data supplied by participants will be used solely for the administration of this promotion and prize fulfilment and will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
13. General
    The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Management reserves the right to refuse entry.
