Dehesa wine expert Francesco di Mauro collaborates with Head Chef William Breese to share their knowledge & passion for Italian food and wine. Join them for a 4-course tasting menu, designed to complement a selection of beautiful wines in our private Wine Cellar Dining Room. The journey will commence with fresh and crisp notes from Campania, followed by the concentrated dark fruits of Puglia, and finish the evening with sunny and sweet Sicily.
