In celebration of Sherry Week, it is our pleasure to invite you on The Salt Yard Sherry Trail. We’ve paired different sherry styles with tapas at each of our restaurants; start with a bone dry fino at Dehesa, then stop for a crisp manzanilla with guindilla peppers from the grill at Ember Yard, before strolling over to Salt Yard for an amontillado with hand-carved Jamon Ibérico. Planning Ahead: Exclusive Sherry Tasting

The celebrations continue in Dehesa’s private dining room where we’re hosting a one-off tasting at the end of the month. If the sherry trail is anything to go by, this event is going to be a treat for the senses. We will discover a new side of sherry through tasting four different styles, each paired with delicious tapas from Dehesa’s kitchen.
