A new menu inspired by the collaboration of two great Italian masters, Michelangelo & Sebastiano, is now available at Veneta. Their extraordinary relationship is central to our menu choices, celebrating the pairing of flavours and the beauty found in the union of two different tastes.
Head Chef Jamie Thickett has created some delicious dishes inspired by Bartolomeo Scappi (a chef from Renaissance Italy who was cooking in the Vatican at the time Michelangelo was working on the Sistine Chapel). Each dish has been perfectly matched with an optional wine pairing.
The menu is now available at Veneta, in collaboration with The Credit Suisse Exhibition: Michelangelo & Sebastiano at the National Gallery.
