Did you know that White Truffles cannot be cultivated, only found in the wild by specially trained pigs, during a restricted time between October and early December? This is what makes the annual Truffle season all the more exciting – and to celebrate it, Veneta are holding a decadent six course lunch on Sunday 19th November.
Tickets cost £100, and include a feast that features truffles in each of the 6 courses, with carefully chosen wines to match. You should expect indulgent dishes that include – but are not limited to – Baked Queenie Scallops with Truffle Butter and Fresh Tagliatelle and Egg Yolk. Truffles even make an appearance in dessert – with a Truffle Cheesecake with Plum Sorbet.
It should be noted that White Truffles are currently one of the most valuable substances in the world – even more so than gold! If you’d like to reserve a space, email us before tickets sell out.
