Sherry is officially cool again, and at Salt Yard Group, we use only the very best. One example is Bodegas Hidalgo, one of the oldest Sherry producers with their own vineyards in existence.
Which is why, to celebrate 225 years of Bodegas Hidalgo, we have Luis Hidalgo – the eldest of the 8th generation of Hidalgos – leading a Sherry Masterclass and Tasting at Salt Yard on the evening of Wednesday 11th October.
Spaces cost £30 per person and include an informal introduction to the differing styles of Sherry produced by Bodegas Hidalgo – Manzanilla, Amontillado, Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez- and paired tapas with each, served sharing style.
