Join Ben Tish, our Chef Director, as he takes you through a morning of fresh pasta and recipes from Northern Italy and Veneto.
Starting the class with the basics of pasta making including, getting the dough to the right consistency, you will work through to mastering the pasta machine and the day will be completed by learning techniques to achieving a beautifully textured pasta.
Cooking seasonal recipes following the pasta preparations from the Northern parts of Italy, together you will make ‘Reginette with Kid Goat Ragu, Pecorino and Marjoram’, ‘Pumpkin Ravioli, Sage, Hazelnuts and Brown Butter’ and ‘Buckwheat Spaghetti with Shrimps, Mussels and Fennel’ before sitting down to dine with a glass of specially selected wine from the region.
The class takes place on 24th January between 11:00am – 2:30pm at the newly refurbished Divertimenti Cookery School in Kensington. The class costs £115 and can be booked by calling 020 7581 2764.
