Training is at the heart of everything we do – Front of House, we hold weekly training sessions on food, drink and service standards. Back of House, we offer a diverse range of chef training programmes on skills that range from butchery to pasta making.
We nurture and train our staff tirelessly in order for them to excel and develop – because staff progression is vital for us. We have Sous Chefs that started off their careers as Kitchen Porters, and Front of House managers that began as Runners.
